How quickly can you place a qualified tenant?

Once photography, the 3D virtual tour, and syndication are live, most properties start generating showings within days. Days-on-market depends on pricing, condition, and season; we report it honestly in every weekly vacancy update instead of promising a fixed window.

Do you work with out-of-state owners?

Yes. A large share of our owners live outside Florida. We handle every in-person step locally (showings, move-ins, inspections, maintenance) and push everything else to a 24/7 owner portal with itemized statements, work orders, and year-end 1099s.

How does tenant screening work?

Every applicant is screened through credit, background, income (typically 3× monthly rent), and rental-history verification. Screening criteria are applied uniformly to every applicant in compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Florida Fair Housing Act.
